How long until I receive my order?
Production times are currently 1 week out, so orders will be sent within one week of your completed purchase. All orders are sent via USPS First Class mail with tracking. If you need an item sooner, please contact me at firstname.lastname@example.org to make arrangements.
How do I care for my jewelry?
Unless otherwise noted, all pieces are made with brass or copper. Base metals will patina over time with exposure to natural skin oils and water. To keep pieces shining:
- Rub off patina with a jewelry cloth
- Use warm water and baking soda, rub onto piece gently, rinse, and dry thoroughly
- If uncoated, brush (in one direction) with 0000 steel wool
- Coated pieces are refinished as a complimentary service. Buyer is responsible for shipping costs to return piece.
What if I lose an earring?
I totally understand that this happens! You can send back the single earring (you cover the shipping cost) and I will match your other earring for 60% of the original cost. Please contact me for further information.
Something broke- can I return it?
I only accept returns on new items for 100% shop credit within the first 10 days of you receiving your piece. 50% shop credit after then. If something happens, please contact me and we can work out how to fix your piece. Since everything is handmade, I allow for my human error (no one is perfect). However, if a piece is handled roughly, I will not repair the piece for free. Depending on the damage, a percentage of the original purchase price will be charged as well as any shipping costs.
